Hi all . How long can you avoid going to group when at target . I'm currently there but want to let loose abit for Xmas . I've got a lot of naughty events coming up .. . I've already had a hectic wk of meals and drinks and don't want to go get weighed next wk to find I'm over my target range and need to lose it .. I've got another social week coming up ..

Congratulations for getting to target! I think it's 6 weeks but it should be in your booklet.

I think you have to attend once a month (4 weeks). It was with ours.

You only have to attend once every 6 weeks or so if you still want access to the SW website, but you can actually leave it as long as you want.
