Syns in dark chocolate? Chocolate fix!

Does anyone know how many syns in 85% dark chocolate please? My 1st week on SW and need a chocolate fix

Have a look at calories it's one syn for every twenty calories. This only works on things that have no free food in ie chocolate, crisps cakes etc if you try and syn something like a readymade sandwich it wouldn't work handy for treats though.

Hi all need some advice on special k cereal bars . I've just bought the Belgian chocolate bars . are they a healthy b they are 20g bars 78 Cal's each .
