If so, what do you eat? What are your HEA & HEBs? I get
when I go through the lists & realise how much more limited my choices are. Most days I have to split my HEAs e.g. I'll have 150ml 1% fat Lactofree milk in tea and half the g of sheep's or goats' cheese. When I got my food diaries back, the group leader commented that I should stick to 1 HEA. I'm hoping others will post some ideas I haven't thought of.
