Sorry, I don't think it is, from memory it is sinned. Check the website sins directory? I'm not a member right now or I would do it for you. Hope I'm wrong though!

TurnOffTheTv · 20/11/2015 12:59

I don't think so :-(

It's syns but usually very low. I buy a selection from tesco and that's 2.5 for the pack.

TurnOffTheTv · 20/11/2015 13:01

Tesco is 2.5 for a pack

Finbar · 20/11/2015 13:08

Doh. I even had M&S sending me 20% via my Sparks card because I'd been eating so much!
Whole food salad then ? got to be ok hasn't it?

Depends, what's in the salad?

emmaluvseeyore · 20/11/2015 15:01

If in doubt, check the syn finder on the website.

calzone · 21/11/2015 15:21

Go to SYNS ALLOWED on FB and search the one you have.

tabulahrasa · 21/11/2015 22:09

It's not the rice btw, if you made sushi from fish, (or veg) and rice without adding things like oil it would be free, but ready made stuff has things added that aren't free.

thenewaveragebear1983 · 21/11/2015 22:15

Some of the shop bought packs are quite high in syns so be careful. I've been caugt out a few times...
