Hi guys! loving the diet!
I've been on the wagon for 10 days and have lost 4lbs. Feeling better in myself already.
I started off weighing 11st 6lbs. I now weigh 11st 2lbs which is the lowest I've been for over a year. My short term target is 10st 13lbs (it's psychological to see the 10 stone somethings again!
)
My ultimate goal is 10st 7lbs. I am 5ft 10in and 35 years old. I have also quit alcohol which is probably helping loads.
I have a feeling I will now get stuck on 11st 2lbs - any tips for crossing one of 'those' miilestones?
