Would it work for me?

I find diets incredibly awkward to try and follow as I have to avoid all gluten, dairy, soya, eggs and oats and also a few different fruits. I also have to restrict potatoes, rice and coconut.

I've got 3 and a half stone to lose, possibly a little more if I don't look too unhealthy but don't know where to start. Would my food restrictions make slimming world too complicated?

There's no set thing you have to eat, which makes it really adaptable for people who can't eat certain things IMO.

For the healthy extras, there are gluten free breads or you can use nuts as a choice, for what would be the dairy one there's almond milk. (There's rice and soya as well, but I'm assuming they're out).

Free foods that you can still have are some gluten free pastas, all veg, all the fruits you can eat, lean meat, fish, pulses...and your amount of potatoes and rice.
