STARTING! Does this day menu sound ok?

Breakfast - 2 weetabix and an apple

Lunch - Pasta Bolognese (with celery, carrots etc). Muller light and a pear.

Dinner - Homemade butternut squash soup with a small wholemeal baguette. Apple.

ps I work 13 hour shifts, hence the soup on an evening rather than at lunch time.

Are you having milk with your weetabix? If not, you don't have your dairy healthy extra in there.
