I feel like I need a real kick up the bum. I've been reading a lot about SW lately and it does sound good, but I'm not really aiming to lose any weight (well...maybe a few lbs, but nothing major).
I'm 15 weeks postpartum, breastfeeding (so always hungry!), feeling like I can finally get some control back and get a bit more structure into my diet. I'm still knackered though so following some rules could be easier than doing it off my own back.
I'm 5'1 and bobbing around 9st, so BMI around 24-25. I could lose a little and still be healthy but I don't feel I need to iyswim.
Has anyone any experience of using the plan just to get healthier?
