Hello. I'm new :)
I have recently joined a Slimming World group. My first target is to go from Obese to 'merely' overweight.
I don't want to mention my weight here, I don't even think I can type it cos it makes me feel panicky.
I have significant mental health issues and food features strongly! Without wanting to make this a pity party for one lets just say I have emotional ties to food and when having a bad time mental health wise, food is my friend and my enemy!
I'm hoping to lose some weight, make some friends, re-wire my broken brain, and feel better in every way. Not much to ask right?! lol
