So, the did pretty well in the first 3 weeks and lost 4lbs 5oz, despite having a bit of cake here and there. Then the week after that, last week, I'd maintained my weight - despite having had about four frappes which I thought were free but turned out to be ten syns each
on top of 15 syns per day.
So last Friday, after weigh in, I went to a birthday party and went all out (cake, biscuits, chorizo etc) with the intention of having fewer syns for the rest of the week, which I did (I'm ebf so supposed to have all 15 syns and 4 HExAs). The only other naughty thing I had was some fries on Thursday and a bit of mayo.
Had weigh in yesterday and had put on half an oz
Could it all be because I was so bad after last weigh in a week ago??
