Slimming World after total food replacement diet?

So I have just lost 2 stone in 4 weeks doing a total food replacement diet (it's been murder) anyway I am starting a re-feed after the bank holiday, which will prevent a weight gain once I start eating again.

I know the TFR diet was a quick fix and it was just the kick up the arse I needed to feel good again.

Has anyone done a TRF diet and then gone onto slimming world and continued to have weight loses, I am looking at joining a local group in order to keep the weight off ad lose the last pounds.

You may very well gain weight with SW initially. Their eating plan is based around how much you can eat and do need to eat, to lose weight, healthily of course Smile. I like it for this reason.

I also think that although you must feel great, to lose two stone in a month is virtually starving, that being the case when you return to eating food it's going to be tough to avoid gaining slightly with any "diet". But, well done for the huge effort.

Yeah I am expecting a gain once I do start eating, I know I won't be putting it all back on but like you said I do need to eat that's why I'm looking at going the slimming world route now the bad habits have been taken care off

I did sw after losing 52lbs in 12 weeks on Cambridge and still lost weight, I'm assuming you did a low carb diet so just wean yourself back onto them over a couple of weeks and you shouldn't have the carb gain.
I started by having free foods such as chicken or gammon and a pile of veg such as sweetcorn and beans with 4 or 5 small potatoes.
It's been a couple of years but I think I lost another half a stone in my first month.
