I've been treating myself to a skinny frappe latte with sugar free syrup
From Cafe Nero every day, thinking the milk could be my HExA and the coffee and syrup were free, but last weigh in is only maintained and I think it might be something to do with the frappes. Do they make them up from a mix that contains fat or sugar? Does anyone know how many syns a skinny/sugar free frappe is? They're just so good in hot weather!

OMG! 
I'm lucky I didn't gain weight!! Thanks for the info! I couldn't find that page when I was on the website. I had one yesterday too, thinking it couldn't be more than 5 syns 
Still got 5 days to next weigh in, better be extra good from now on
