I've just started slimming world.
I'm about 10st and 5ft0 so I have a couple of stone to lose. I'm 20 with a little one, I walk everywhere so I'd say I'm fairly active.
I like to have two bottles of wine a week. I don't eat junk food, wine is my only weakness!!! I never crave a maccies or a chocolate bar but I read somewhere that if you do SW you need to stick to maybe a bottle of week.
When I've had my wine I won't binge eat on unhealthy food I still feel completely under control! If anything I only crave a green tea and a glass of water.
Does alcohol slow weightloss down? I read that one bottle of wine is near 30 syns? I'm willing to give it up if I get to my goal weight but I'm feeling a bit down. I feel like I might have already done damage
