Gluten free bread query

I have a loaf of bread we bought from Tesco, the Free From range, for our friends who came to stay the other week, and was thinking of using it towards my hexb allowance.

Its a gluten free/wheat free/ loaf 550g.

I noticed on the hexb list that the Genius brand is there also glutafin, but not the tesco free from one.

Does that mean it has syns? What would be the difference?
Has anybody synned it?

I would think it's OK to use it. As long as its the weight of the branded stuff 50-60g portion.
B choices are for fibre but gluten free doesn't generally have too much. As long as the calories are approx 120 your body won't know what brand it is.
