Been doing slimming world for about 4 weeks. I started off at 11st 9lbs. I'm now 11stone 8.5 ... I keep losing and gaining the same bloody pound and I keep telling myself I don't understand why ... in the past week I have had a plate full of greasy fish and chips (worked out at about 30 syns!!), a share bag of aero bubbles (I dread to think the syns), a share bag of m&ms, a chinese takeaway, a bottle of wine and 3 cans of lager. Some days my syn count can be zero. Other days it's 45+. I only have s stone to lose so it's going to be difficult anyway but am I liddjng myself thinking my syns are within weekly limits?? I'm 5ft 10in and weight 11st 8lbs
