I've just completed 2 weeks and I'm 4 1/2 lb down which I'm really pleased about but I am starting to really miss crisps!

What do other people eat for snacks? Preferably syn free

A great tip I picked up in group was having some roast chicken pieces (skinless) in fridge to munch on.
Also couscous with chopped peppers, FF cottage cheese rolled in ham and boiled eggs are all good free savoury snacks

If you really desperate for crisps there was a strange baked lasagne sheet seasoned with spices fake crisp thing but can't recall finer details of recipe, Google might know more.
How about the 1% fat mug shots? They're free.

I have carrot and cucumber sticks for snacks. Nothing like crisps though!

The crisp things are made by softening lasagne sheets in water, then baked sprinkled with salt.

Not tried them myself, they are considered a tweek as they're something that they aren't designed to be.

Thinly sliced potatoes/carrots/sweet potato etc seasoned and dry roasted become like crisps!

SW recommend reaching for speed foids first in between meals and eating them as they come naturally i.e. carrot sticks not carrots made into crisps. Otherwise (I know I'm guilty of this) you snack unnecessarily as it's easier to eat 'pretend' crisps than raw fruit and veg. The point of food optimising is to change the way we eat and cut down the snacking, and it doesn't work if you try to cheat the plan and tweak things. I found this article really helpful and makes you realise why some weeks on the scales weren't what you were hoping for group.slimmingworld.com/useful-features/myths1.aspx
