I re started slimming world on sunday weighing 13.13 , last time I did slimming world was 3/4 years ago. before I started amazingly I wasnt actually eating much at all , never had a proper dinner I just used to live off crisps and ryvita's all day 
so yesterday I had
B: 35g shreddies with milk from.my hex a, 1/4 melon and tea with sweetnee and a dash of milk from hex a
L: tuna salad with 2 boiled eggs, low fat dressing and 1tbsp lighter the light mayo worked this as 3 syns.
D: 2 skinnless drumsticks 1/4 melon (got home from work late)
Snacks: 1 thorntons chocolate 2syns
2 light dairylea slices:remaining hex a? as didnt use all my milk for the day
few slices of wafee thin ham.
this just sounds like so much , the first dayI really struggled to eat 3 meals a day , so this Is freaking me out a bit.
