Joined sw when dd was 3 months and lost 9lbs with it.
However I stopped going to class and convinced myself I would keep it up. I haven't.
Now we have no scales in the house but im pretty sure Ive it all back on.
Basically Im asking for a buddy so we can help eachother out and keep motivated. Ive at least 3 stone to lose.
Anyone want to buddy up?

I'll be your buddy if you like. Am on week two, but doing it from home as can't make classes. Are you going to rejoin?

I have done SW a few times before, lost a bit pretty easily then given up for one reason or another. In fact, that what I do with most diets. Most recently I low carbed with the MN bootcamp and even though I stuck to it for months the loss was really slow and I eventually caved.

Start weight was 11st 6, was 11st 4 at first WI and goal is somewhere around 9st. I'm 5ft 4 so first goal is to get back into healthy BMI which is 10st 5. WI will be Friday's. How about you?

Today's plan for me is:

B: strawbs, blueberries, ff Greek yogurt
L: chicken fried cauli rice
D: cottage pie wit HeA of cheese
S: 2x Alpen (HeB), licorice fountain (4.5) options (2), 100ml full fat milk (3.5)
