I always use this one whether I'm doing SW or not.

Instead of two chillis, I use two peppers and add a tbsp of chilli powder. It's currently bubbling away in my slow cooker for tea tonight.

Hey, This is the recipe. Totally syn free and absolutely gorgeous on jacket potatoes with salad Smile

5% Fat mince
1 Tin of beans
1 Tin of chopped tomato's
Diced onion
Mushrooms
Mild curry powder

-Fry off mince until brown and add onions. Pour in beans and tomato's and simmer. Add as much curry powder as you would like depending on how spicy you like it and mix well. Add the mushrooms last and leave to simmer for 15-20 minutes. Making it the morning or even day before is best as it matures more.

(You can add pepper etc but my other half doesn't like peppers)

Hope this helps.

I've just made a panful to take camping at weekend.
Sautéed chopped onion, carrot, celery and garlic with FL, added 5% minced beef until browned and stirred in ground cumin , chilli and coriander, tinned tomatoes, kidney beans and tomato purée. Will add lots more cayenne pepper for DP and I after serving children and serve with rice and FF yogurt raita (either mint or cucumber)
