Wow- bye bye muffin top!

I am amazed. I joined a SW group just over 2 weeks ago and have lost half a stone already by sticking to the plan. I have now realised that my substantial muffin top has nearly vanished I'm thinking it's because I've eaten no bread at all but is it common to have such a quick change in appearance?

Well done you
I've no idea, as just started a couple of days ago but didn't want to pass your post by without congratulations

We'll done!
It depends how much you have to lose. My DP has lost 9lbs in two weeks due to exercise and diet but he was 19st.
I on the other hand are 9.4 and it's a absolute bitch to get rid of the 4lbs I put on, on holiday. I ve give bread a swerve now as it's actually quite bad for you and make me bloated.
Dp enjoyed SW when he did it a few years back but his main problem was portion control so that diet fidnt really help as he needed to get out of the big plate mind set.

Thanks
I do have another 3 stone to lose so a long way to go yet. I'm one of those people who are much heavier than they look and when I mention to people that I have to lose so much they are genuinely surprised.

My partner has lost 2 stones now, and you can really see it. He is probably now in medium sized clothes so not that big anyway.
I was a size 24/26 when I started and have lost 1.5 stones. For me, I seem to have lost it off my boobs and my feet, so my bras and shoes are too big! I think I probably have lost it elsewhere too, it just isn't as noticeable.
