Weight Watchers yoghurt

Hi, not able to go to a group for a while, so would be grateful to know syns for we British pudding yoghurts. Are they free ? Think I'm underestimating things generally !

You can look up syn values online. I just checked for you, and the WW Dessert Recipe Yoghurts (120g pot) are all free (Rhubarb & Crumble, Apple & Berry Pie, Strawberry Chessecake and Apple & Pear Crumble).
