Hi guys, new to slimming and looking for some help with some recipes. I have over 6 stone to lose and have been trying some drastic diets over the years and never succeeded. Im dont have the confidence to go to a class so going to try from home and see how things go. I suffer from gerd so it can restrict some stuff i eat such as spicy, tomatoes, dairy, citrus. Looking for some recipes and meal ideas. Any help and ideas will be greatly appreciated. TIA
