Hi
I usually would have korma or pasanda but I think these will be way too many syns. Any recommendations of something not too spicy and as few syns as possible as I weigh in the next day!

Many thanks in advance

We're having Indian takeaway this evening. I'm having chicken shashlik which comes with tomatoes, peppers and onions and loads of salad (you could have boiled rice too).
Tandoori grills are a good choice.

Yes, if you want to eat low syn, you need to avoid the sauces and breads Sad and go for plain grilled meat (best chicken or fish), salad and plain rice.

The vegetable and lentil/chick pea curries might not be too bad, especially if you don't eat a whole portion.

Your book will have some 'average' syn values in the eating out section.

Not SW but Wwatchers recommended the dry chicken grills with salad, or vegetable biryani (watching portion size, eg take some home), or a half portion of a curry and rice.
