Hello all,
I did well on SW, losing 2 stone in 4 months. Then 3 months ago I moved and put it all back on like I was on a mission. I feel disgusting, unhealthy, obese and angry at myself.
However, I've found a new group - relatively nearby - on Sat mornings. I've arranged with the leader to go this weekend.
I'm worried It'll be a thousand times harder to keep motivated this time, knowing how easily you can slip off the wagon...It's scared me because it's made me realise SW might not be sustainable in the long term.
Anyone had success second time round?
