What to make with chicken mince

Please can some one give me an idea for a meal using chicken mince. Preferably without cheese thank you x

I do the following with Turkey mince, think you could do it with chicken. It's an ancient weightwatchers recipe.

Fine dice a couple of peppers and an onion. Sauté for a bit in a non-stick frying pan then add the mince and stir/brown it til it breaks up. Leave it on low, pushing it around every so often - leave cooking for about 20 mins. Add chilli powder to taste. Then serve in toasted pittas with salad and grated cheese for anyone who wants it. ( I know you said no cheese so it's fine without cheese but equally nice with a wee bit of cheese)
