I've been following the SW diet for about 6 weeks now and I'm really pleased with my progress so far, but I'm finding it increasingly difficult to sleep at night. It's nearly 2:30am now and I still can't sleep. Does anyone else have this problem? I don't feel hungry so I don't think that's the problem.

You might not feel hungry but research has shown that sugar levels drop about this time and your body wakes because of it. You might need a small snack before bed.
My dad had this when he was I'll and he wasn't eating like he usually did. He had tea & crumpet at half nine and slept better.
It's like hypoglycimia wiithout diabetes.

Ooh, thanks for that. I'll save myself a piece of toast for a late snack and see if that helps.
