I make it with meat juices, knorr gravy stock pot and 1 tbsp of plain flour.

It's my 2nd week of SW and don't want to mess it up.

A tablespoon of plain flour is about 3.5 syns.

Thank you for the recipe Smile but I think my family would flip if I didn't make the gravy as usual. It's dd1's fav part of roast dinner.

3.5 syns seems a lot but I would only be having a tiny amount of gravy - 100 ml max and that 3.5 would cover the whole jug wouldnt it?

Yes, that'd be for the whole thing. You could pro rata the syns.

Don't forget meat juices will undoubtedly contain fat so I usually reckon on 2 syns for a serving (total 4 syns for flour & 4 for fat )

I recommend one of these. There's other sorts around. Heathly fat free gravy. I then add a stock pot veg water & a bit of flour.

Don't forget to check whether the Knorr stock pot is free or has syns - they're not all free! Just checked on the app and the Gravy Pot Onion and Gravy Pot Chicken ones are 2.5 syns for a 28g pot. Other varieties are free though so will depend which one you used.

The gravy pots are OK with vegetable water & a tablespoon of flour. My oh doesn't know its not real gravy. You get lots for 2 syns.
