I normally buy a big tub from Lidl.

Does this count as free? Or does it have a syn value?

If it is fat free it will be free.

If its fat free and plain then it's free. When I started SW I got caught on the Aldi Low Fat Greek yogurt - I had a couple of big tubs still to use up and it turned out it was syn-able (d'oh).

Also, double check flavoured fat free yogurts as sometimes the higher fruit puree content can tip it over from being free.
