Hopefully you're back on plan now. I've lost just over a stone and a half with Slimming World, which takes me back to a healthy weight and shape as regards diabetes and heart disease risks. Like most people it hasn't been plain sailing and there have been times when I've put on weight or stayed the same for longish periods.

My group has had a number of ex-members who've returned and they are all welcomed positively and without any judgement. With any major change in lifestyle the aim is not to be perfect but to persevere. Our group leader has off periods and puts weight on at times and is very candid about her struggles. Just get started again. You know it has worked for you before so it will work again.
