Hi does anyone have a slimming world friendly shopping list please.

I've never seen a printable one.
I first plan what I'm eating over the weekend, mine looks like this.
Fri, sw breakfast jacket & tuna, spag bol.
Sat, fruit & yogurt, steak sw chips salad.
Sun, beef & veg, burgers BBQ type food.

List bacon
Eggs
Lean mince
Whole chicken
Beef joint
Mullerlights
Berries, apples bananas
Salad, tomatoes
Mushrooms
Pasatta
Brown rolls.

I got herbs & stuff in cupboards.

Now I've got everything but syns for a good weekend
