How many syns have I just consumed?

Ive been quite unwell and not eaten much at all in the last two days
Tonight I had a Chinese.. Chicken omelette (I doubt they use fry light spray!) some chips (not many) and a bit of sweet and sour sauce.
Does anyone know how many syns this would be please?

It's hard to say, so much will be dependent on portion size. My advise would be to draw a line under it and get back to food optimising tomorrow rather than spend the week trying to pay off your syns debt, feeling deprived and setting yourself up for another blow out. Hope you're feeling better soon, everyone breaks the plan from time to time, but those people who successfully lose weight in the long run make sure that a bad day doesn't turn into a bad week then a bad month.
