Couscous is 'free' so instead of oats i thought i could try
sweet couscous....?

Is it any good? how would you make it?

I used to have it for breakfast or a late night snack quite a bit. I make up with hot water and a bit of vanilla and then stir in a mullerlight/some fat free natural yogurt and sis thawed frozen or fresh berries/other fruit. I like it but not everyone does.

I think technically though, couscous used like this is a tweak and so should be synned. However, I never counted it and it never affected my loss. Just worth keeping in kind if your losses slow down or you get unexpected gains though. Xx

I don't think it is a tweak...a tweak is when you use something in the way it's not meant to be used, like cakes made from couscous instead of flour.

But having it sweet instead of savoury, is just eating it the same as you would if it's savoury.
