Overnight oats confusion

Would 'overnight oats' be totally syn free?
Or only syn free if the oats are being counted as part of the healthy extras?

Only syn free if you use the oats as your healthy extra I think

Banana is right, you would need to use the oats as your HEb, otherwise you would have to syn the oats which are 6 syns for 35g.
