Cheese makes my acne worse and I've had it a couple of times this week so am going to stop eating it for a while. Is my other HE A choice milk?

Yes that's it. Its for calcium for bones.
Interesting with the cheese - acne thing I just thought it was me.

Thank you. I wonder if I could just substitute them with a calcium tablet from Boots?

There are other vitamins etc in milk products that are beneficial for you, if you don't do milk or not much don't have the a choice.
Ensure you include calcium rich foods in your diet.

Is it all cheese? Because things like Philadelphia are in there, not just hard cheese.

But yes, it's cheese, milk or milk replacements ( soya or almond milk or whatever )

"Calcium rich foods" sounds perfect - according to Google, dark leafy greens, fish (especially salmon and tinned sardines), black eyed peas, broccoli, oatmeal, oranges and tofu. Will just up my intake of these and skip all dairy until my skin starts to clear up.
