ohh, you're lucky - do you have much to lose?

SheHasAWildHeart · 12/05/2015 13:52

Well I discovered from another thread on mumsnet that Velvet Crunch Crisps are 4 syns - versus Walkers at 6.5 so will be getting some of them.

Muller Lights also good for 'snacks' and free - I just mix fruit with fat free yoghurt myself.

Carry the Food Optimising book with you everywhere!

I'm a newbie too, currently on day 5, doing SW online.
I'm finding the sweet cravings the most difficult thing so allowing myself one or two mini choc bars per day. Also eating lots of strawberries - chopped up with a little sweetener sprinkled over, delicious.
I've made a different SW recipe each evening so far and keep the leftovers for lunch the next day.
There are some recent horrid holiday photos that I remind myself of when I am struggling to stay on track.

NobleLocks · 13/05/2015 06:40

I'm new too.
If you buy bells magazine there's a voucher in there so you can join free.

Im on day three and i have a sweet tooth too. If you follow the sw Facebook page the overnight oats satisfy this and they are free Grin

Tallblue · 13/05/2015 11:45

Just looked up overnight oats and the website says it's free? Just wanted to check my understanding as I thought oats would have Syns attached!

NobleLocks · 13/05/2015 15:30

Me too! I'm assured it's free food however.
If you use your lid off the fry lite to measure your oats it's the exact amount required of oats

SheHasAWildHeart · 13/05/2015 22:42

35g of porridge oats is Healthy Extra B.

SheHasAWildHeart · 13/05/2015 22:44

If you're not counting them as a HE then they're 6 syns.

WinterIsGoing · 14/05/2015 14:06
