What do people take for lunch at work?
I am a bit bored of jacket pots and rice.

My oh gets - chilli, savoury rice, beans & hexb toast. Bolognaise, lasagne, curry & jackets with toppings. Noodles. And cold pasta or rice salads if he's on the road.
At home I have soup, mugshots, stew, stir fry, omelette.

I made a recipe from the latest magazine today for lunch and it was really nice. Roasted veg (peppers, onions, courgettes, aubergines, mushrooms) - spray with fry light and pop into oven. Mixed with couscous and pomegranate seeds and lemon juice. Simple but really tasty & filling! For my afternoon snack I'm having fresh strawberries, raspberries and mango mixed with fat free natural yoghurt.
Tonight I'm making the chicken one-pot recipe from the magazine for dinner. Recipe says 'serves two' so I'll have enough let to bring into work tomorrow.
I've planned meals for the week and the rest of the week I'm making 'green spaghetti', 'chicken on the go' and 'tomato cod' all from the latest magazine.
Last week I made the crustless quiche from the SW website - worked well as a snack when cut into bite size pieces but would be great for lunch with superspeed salad.
Do you have a microwave at work?
