Hi I need help. Any other consultants could you let me know if you feel pressure running your groups?

Im not a consultant but was offered it.
there's always going to be some pressure in the job.
Your selling in effect a product, we buy into we're going to lose lbs every week and it doesn't always happen. Your clients want to know why, " I stuck to it 100%," you can't answer it all.
Water weight totm, too many chips off the kids plate. Your pressured.
Everyone wants to weigh at 9-15. Your group starts at 9-30.
I go to one group that states wi is between a time and if your not in line before a time you wi later. No if or butts.
Make yourself some rules get your social team behind you, plan your sessions & breathe.
