SP plan

Going to try the sp plan for a week as I need to shift a few more lbs to get to my stone. Can anyone let me know what they eat on a typical sp day? Lunches are my downfall as I'm hungry and have limited time....

I like the asda chilled tikka chicken (free) and a salad. Then maybe syn a tbsp mayo?

I try to always make enough of a syn free dinner the night before to have it for lunch the next day

When I've followed it I have,
Swede topped cottage pie
Stews - casseroles
Roast meats, salad & veg.
Rice free curry.
Stir frys.

Lunch & breakfast is eggs, beans toast lean ham or bacon.

Hi there I trying a few days this week as even just 2-3 days gives me a boost.
B- cottage cheese and quark with 2 apples Aldi frozen raspberries.
L-massive stir fry with 2 eggs made to an omelette and shredded. Syn chilli sauce
D-chickpea curry with roast butternut. Spinach and greens,
Or SW quiche and salad
Or grilled chicken with swede / butternut mash, spinach and salad and syn feta crumbled into mash

I mix up lunches and dinners depending on if I feel like I need something hot for lunch.

Family now eating SW and I keep cooked mash in the fridge and buy extra broccoli and frozen spinach so I can stay on sp and have us all eat at the same time

I snack on apples, quiche made into muffins, crab sticks or toast/ryvita with ff cottage cheese and cinnamon

SP is helping me kick my muller habit and generally I seem to crave a sugar hit less. Hi fi bars are great when the biscuit bitches at work wave the tin at me and I've not had my second hexb GrinGrin

I have omelette-toast-beans for breakfast to fill up- then always carry a packet of quaker instant oats in my bag for my lunch! don't know why but find this works well and is quite filling until tea time-

That's a great idea new tricks. I try and have a cooked breakfast twice a week - esp before work thurs or fri. Stops me feeling deprived when office tucking into pastries, buns etc.

I work in an office of feeders with the most ridiculous amount of biscuits on display and in circulation. I call them the biscuit bitches--but I do need to prepare or the sense of deprivation is just too hard Hmm
