Newbie. Does this diary sound ok for day 1?

Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal toast with a tin of sardines in tomato sauce. Banana. Coffee.

Lunch - scrambled egg, quorn sausages and half ton of beans. Muller light.

Dinner - SW recipe spag Bol.

It's a good start, just try and ensure that at least one third of your meal is fruit or veg, it really well boost your loss. Also, don't forget to use your A choice (dairy.) Good luck!

You need 1/3 of your plate to be speed food - have a wee look at the fruit and veg lists in your food optimising book and check that your healthy a and healthy b are measured and included. Good luck
