HELP!! 1.9 stone lost and slipping!

Hi,

I've lost 1 St 9 ibs since January and dropped two dress sizes. I was doing great and now I can feel myself slipping at lunch and breakfast :( any ideas of quick and easy meals that I can make in advance to help me out??

Do you batch cook? I think preparing ykur food in advanve and having it ready to go is key to keeping on track.

I cook chicken and salmon in advance, and have it with bag lettuce at lunchtime.
Peas and quinoa (also prepared in advance) with sunflower seeds.
