I am going to my first SW meeting tomorrow.

I feel sure that this will only work for me if I get organised in terms of meal planning, and ingredient shopping. This is potentially a problem for me as I am not the most organised person and am really short on time.

I won't have time to do a food shop tomorrow after the meeting, I need to do a food shop this evening.

I would love to be able to do today.a meal plan after the meeting so I would be really really grateful for any top tips on things to buy in my food shop.

The meal plan will be for 3 people (one DS 8, and two adults).

DP and I share the cooking, but both work so don't have a huge window of time to prepare a meal. He will happily dash to supermarket to get food whenever needed- but if I don't have the right ideas up my sleeve he will return with something very tasty but very high fat!

I think that unless I am very organised and definite in terms of what we are eating, I will fail and either DP or I will end up cooking something quick and easy and naughty.

Any advice would be very very welcome! adults).

Free foods - fruit vegetables, pasta & rice. Extra lean 5% or less mince, chicken lean meats. Beans eggs.
Small wholemeal bread fibre cereal weetabix or porridge if you eat these.
0% yogurt / mullerlights / activia yogurt.
It depends on what you eat, a typical day could be
2 small toast with egg & beans for breakfast
A jacket with tuna & salad for lunch & cottage pie for tea with veg. Snack on a couple of fruit pieces a yogurt.
Treats depend on you. Small choc bars low fat crisps. But you won't need many for syns.
What's your normal mow diet like?
