You're not supposed to eat yoghurt on SP. Not bananas, grapes and some other fruit.
You can eat beans and pulses though and yes, have two healthy b's.
A days food could be:
Breakfast: fresh fruit salad
Lunch: chicken salad sandwich with veg sticks and/or fruit
Dinner: SW pizza using Kingsmill sandwich thins as the base (now a HEb) with salad
Syns for whatever you like.
OR:
Breakfast: poached egg on toast
Lunch: lentil and bacon soup
Dinner: curry with cauliflower rice
HEb: 2 hifi lite bars
Syns for whatever you like.
I personally preferred original days, although they technically don't exist any more. I'm doing them this week though. I'm clearly a rebel...
