how do you work out syns?

Thoroughly confused. I downloaded the slimming world app but can't find calculator on that or one online. Links or advice appreciated

I don't think there is a calculator in the app but you can search for a food item in the search section if you swipe the home page there is a menu of options on the left.

On the website you need to go to 'my weight loss tools' then you have a choice on the right of the search options or calculator
