I have spent the week having to suspend disbelief that this would work as I am so in the mindset of counting all carbs and fruit as bad.
For my first week I have eaten more than I usually do, have enjoyed my food far more than I usually do and to top it all, I lost 5 lb!
I only have (had) 11 to lose so I don't expect to carry on so quickly but I have never in my life lost that amount of weight in a week.
To say I'm chuffed would be an understatement.
