Bavaria Low Alcohol Shandy

To give myself a good start on the plan, i've given up wine (and replaced it. with low alcohol lager shandy made by Bavaria. Does anyone know thevsyn value per can? many thanks.

Lager shandy 330mls is 5.5 syns,
2.8% lager 440ml can is 5syns.
Personally I'd mix the wine with soda or diet lemonade to stretch it as its about the same in syns.

if you want a good low syn later substitute I can recommend sainsburys low alcohol Czech pilsner. Its 1 syn per large bottle and I find it does the trick
