I've been on SW since Jan ( this is week 10 I think) and loving it-- losses have been slow but steady ( 1/2 to 1lb a week) - I'm down 13lb in total so happy with that and I don't mind the slow going as I love my wine and that's responsible for most of my syns 
But I've just calculated that if I lost 3 pounds this week I would not only get my stone award but my Club 10 and target!!! (9-9, 9-8,9-7)
( planning on lowering my target but haven't decided to what yet)
So what do you ladies think? Go for it? Or hope for a pound a week then I'd get an award a week?
