I have been saving my syns for a chocolate biscuit in the evening and I need the syns for other bits and pieces through the day, ketchup or whatever.
Has anyone discovered any small treats to see them through their sugar craving in the afternoon with a cuppa? If I have another chocolate biscuit in the afternoon I will be over my syn limit and I really don't want to be. Any tips? I was hoping that sugar free jelly would hit the spot but it turns out that that has syns in it too.
