Hi there. I've been looking online at what you're allowed on the slimmers world extra easy plan, and I'm a little confused about the healthy extras and free food. It says you're allowed fat free dairy as a free food but then it also says that skimmed milk is a healthy extra.. Help please!!

Free fat free dairy is plain or fat free yogurts from age frais voltage cheese, in theory you wouldn't binge on these. Its easy to have 3 milk coffees or more. Its still calories. That's why they set an amount.
So 350mls skimmed is healthy extra or a measured portion of cheese.
Does that make sense?

I like the sound of voltage cheese. Is it very spicy?
