Hi all. I'm new here so please forgive repeated posts. I have flirted with SW a few times. 10years ago red/green days and lost a couple of stone (my start weight then is my target weight now but that's another painful story!Confused ). I then revisited a couple of years ago when EE was new. Now, I'm the hugest I ever was (approx 3 and a half stone to get me top end ideal weight range), but money is tight. So if you're still with me can I dust off my most recent books and use them or is there a revised addition that is going to be worth me joining a group for?
thanks Smile

The plan has changed a bit but if you lost weight on the previous books then I would continue to use them after all it still works Smile

Thanks Molly. I think it's just that I need a kick up the bum. I struggled to stick to it for very long last time, I used to have really good willpower but now I start well in the morning then by the time I get in from work to make dinner I'm snacking on bread and butter Blush
