Am new ish to SW. Have lost 10lbs.....gained 0.5lbs in 3 weeks.

Don't know why I gained as I have stuck to it completely. Confused

So, I am thinking of doing SP days.

Anyone done it? Any tips? Anyone want to join me? Smile

I was just unclear if the b choice had to have s next to it. There are only a limited number of choices if that is the case e.g. 1 Alpen light or 2 ryvitas plus a few others. When choosing syn items I can have chocolate but no crisps, is that right?

Syns are what ever you want including crisps.there's no rules on that.

Hey I joined slimming world 4 months ago and lost 4 stone I love the sp diet lost nearly a stone on it since new year :) I have 2 boys and go to SW in fulham!!

Well done calzone. I think we started at the same time I lost 4lb this week, after doing 3 days sp and 3 days at the gym.

I've lost 10 1/2 in 4 weeks, after I had a gain last week when I fell off the wagon.

I'm having an SP week as I'm at home for half term. Find it much easier to control what I eat when I'm not surrounded by biscuits/other crap and I'm not tempted to go out and buy lunch. Had a couple of measly 1/2lb losses recently so am going for a big one this Saturday!

Back to it today. Had 5days away. Need my lips down up to stop me eating.
Today was OK had beef stew twice, baked beans some berries and 2 x hex b nimble bread.
Need to plan for sp tomorrow. Who's eating what?

I'm back to it today as well. Sat, Sun, Mona - all good. Yesterday, even though I went hiking, I managed to spoil with an Indian and LOTS of prosecco...

Hoping if today, Thurs and Fri are spot on I can still see an ok loss on Sat. Just cooking my favourite breakfast of smoked salmon trimmings on wm toast with 2 fried eggs on top... yum!

I sort of SPd today though I did have a Muller Lite.

Had chicken and pickled cabbage for lunch
Quorn chilli and courgettes for dinner.

Tomorrow I am doing eggs and sm salmon for breakfast
Lunch is poached salmon and broccoli

Water

Weigh in tomorrow night.

Yes, I've done 4 weeks of SP and done loads of excercise with it and I'm hoping to get my 2 stone award this week (4 weeks since starting. Them I'm only 2 stone to target. But what hell lol, I will be honest it's not been easy and the 30 day shred DVD I've been doing is pure evil.
I've promised myself this is the last week and will go on the normal plan after my weigh in on Wednesday. I just had to get that initial bit off because I felt awful after having my baby. Just didn't want it stuck there reminding me about it all.
I've been skipping breakfast (never eat it anyway makes me feel sick) then having chopped raw as veg for lunch and dinner has been P foods with S veg with it. That's it every single day this Feb, that is as dull as it sounds, but I was committed. I also took loads of vitamins too and didn't use any of my HE A or B choices or syns.

I have just rejoined SW and have not yet had a proper look at the SP plan (easing myself in gently).

I am doing EE and Red days mainly. Am I right in thinking that the new SP is moreless the old Red/Original day? I used to red and loose loads on red weeks.

I'm doing sp this week I've not done it before and I'm finding it very hard! God I love carbs Grin
Today I've had
B- orange
L- bacon and mushroom omelette with beans
D- steak and salad and melon

Trying not to have many syns but all my favourite fruits aren't allowed. Dp says I'm grumpy. I won't be grumpy if I lose 4lbs by weds and get my 2 and a half stone award! Also I couldn't get to group last week so have run out of Hifi bars and Alpen lights just dint hit the spot for me.
